Intro to Mixed Media

Explore the magic of a no-rules approach to your artistic expression. There are so many new materials now available that can create various effects — it can be difficult to select just one. Why not combine crayon with acrylic in a painting? Text with texture on a canvas? This 3-week workshop will present the basics in attachments, substrates, and various acrylic options while allowing you to work on any material with confidence. We will also play with new acrylic inks and work on paper and canvas.
