Join us for a special atelier in the South of France, taught by ASLD faculty member Andrea Kemp. Andrea will lead a painting workshop focused on the beauty of the setting, the architecture and the Mediterranean. Andrea will teach each morning, and afternoons are free to explore, based on assignments she will provide. You may work the medium of your choice.

Prices include accommodations at La Napoule Villa, all breakfasts and lunches, 2 dinners, local wine selection, day trip to Antibes, art instruction and critique. Prices do not include airfare or airport transfers, or guide/driver tips.

Château de La Napoule is a museum and arts center located 8 km from Cannes, France. The Château de La Napoule is the primary facility of the La Napoule Art Foundation, a Denver-based, 501(c)(3) non-profit. This majestic compound, restored over a century ago by a pair of American artists, is now the serene setting for international artist residencies, workshops and contemporary art exhibitions.

ASLD and the Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art (BMoCA) explored Morocco’s “Jewel of the South” February 21–28, 2019. Attendees visited galleries, met artists, and experienced Moroccan cuisine.
