ASLD hosts a variety of exhibitions at our historic Grant Street building and in partnership with various creative spaces throughout the community. Representing the diversity of the thriving Denver arts community, our exhibitions also provide an opportunity to examine current trends and purchase original fine art from faculty, students and celebrated artists from across the U.S.

Third Saturday | Artist Reception: Sept 16 | 5:30 – 8pm
This invitational exhibition focuses on the US and Mexico border while addressing the issue of immigration. From Chicano (Mexican American), Argentine, Chilean, Colombian to Mexican artists – this select group by guest curator, Dr. George Rivera, will express their personal take on the social reality of immigration both inside and outside the United States.

ASLD is hosting a wearable art exhibition! We are asking artists to submit a wearable, fiber, custom jewelry or millinery art piece. Wearable art is defined as one-of-a-kind, hand-crafted objects that can reference sculptures just as much as clothing. For this exhibit, it is strongly encouraged to include your preferred form of display i.e.: dress forms, hat-stands, plexi-boxes or any other specialty pedestal. The Art Students League of Denver is pleased to be featured at the State Capitol Building through the Creative Capitol Industries in an invitational faculty exhibition. From classical figure drawing to abstract painting, monotype prints, encaustic art and assemblage this exhibit showcases the diverse media taught by professional artists who guide individuals of all abilities to reach their highest artistic potential.
