The building comes alive as ASLD highlights the ingenuity and whimsy of our young summer campers under the instruction of our thoughtful instructors. Campers spend all summer exploring various mediums from week to week. This exhibit provides ASLD an opportunity to host a “visual brag” on our hardworking students and instructors.

ASLD retains a 40% commission on sales with 60% going to the artist. Online form will is available from June 10-July 17, 2026. If you have trouble with the form, you may request a PDF or fill out the form at the registration office. The submission form may close early if there is no longer space available. Payments are made to artists for sold work within 30 days after the close of the exhibit.
- Each artist must complete the Submission Form and Loan Agreement Form here for entry online or in-person at the Registration office at time of drop-off.
- You will be asked to upload a photo of each submission.
- Please make your file name your name and/or the title of the piece
- Work must be ready-to-hang or install.
- Pedestals will be provided if necessary.
- Any additional equipment needed for display must be provided by the artist.
Artwork may be dropped off at ASLD’s Registration Office between July 21-25, 2026, 8:30AM-6PM*. Please note ASLD is open from 12-5PM on Fridays and from 10AM-4:30PM on Saturday & Sunday.
- All photographs or works on paper must be framed.
- NO plastic frames. Black or neutral toned frames only.
- Frames must be in good condition.
- Works on canvas must be framed or have gallery-wrapped, finished edges with no visible staples.
- Hanging wire must be firmly attached to the back with screw-eyes or D-rings Wire should not exceed the top of the frame.
- NO saw-tooth hangers.
- It is suggested that submitted works are wrapped in protective material such as butcher paper or bubble-wrap (wrapping will not be returned).
- Submissions that do not meet theme and/or submission guidelines of the exhibit will be excluded at the discretion of ASLD and / or exhibition curator.
