Abstract Colorado Painting for Beginners

In this acrylic painting workshop, go through each stage of the painting from start to finish. Create your own memorable abstract portrayal of the Colorado landscape, meshing nature into your own distinctive vision. Bring a sketchbook and pencil.

-1 stretched canvas (8x10 in)
-Acrylic Paints ( bring an assortment of colors, preferably ones that you would like the piece to represent.)
- I prefer these colors for this particular piece, Green Gold, Parchment or Unbleached Titanium, -Black, Bright Aqua Green, Baltic Blue, Turner's Yellow, Bronze Yellow, and Raw Sienna.
-Brushes are based on purely what you are comfortable with but I do recommend Synthetic Hair white Talkon.
-Brushes: A selection of half inch to fine point are more than suitable, remember to include a 2 to 3 inch brush for the initial start to the painting.
-1 paint wipe cloth, or paper towels
-cup or bowl for water
-Sketchbook
-HB pencil
-An apron
