Learn to design and create a mask of a unique monster or creature. The base of the mask will be made using cardboard, paper, tape, and papier mache. After creating the base students will have the option to use a variety of materials including felt, fabric, pipe cleaners, googley eyes, paint, etc. to decorate their masks. Day 1 will focus on imagining and designing what we want our masks to look like. Day 2 will be starting to create to cardboard bases of the masks. Day 3 will be the day we papier mache! Day 4 will be painting/ decorating. Day 5 will be finishing the decorating and embellishing.
All supplies are included in the materials fee and will be provided at ASLD.
