Campers will learn and practice assembling works of art while incorporating many types of mediums and media. Exploring with multicolored paint backgrounds, juxtaposed magazine cutouts, drawing with colored papers, and incorporating various textures, students will create unique and interesting compositions. We will view and pull inspiration from artists that utilize collage in their work such as Max Ernst, Barbara Kruger, and Henri Matisse.

From day one, student's will be give the opportunity to investigate many art materials and see how all of those art materials come together and interact with one another to communicate stories untold. Come create layers of colors, texture, and unique imagery in an atmosphere where imagination has many outlets and forms of expression!
