1st class - Students will choose a style, block & shape their hat. 2nd class - Students will learn how to make a ribbon cockade & trim their hat.

Synonymous with the 17th - 19th Centuries, the tricorn hat--sometimes called the cocked hat, and sometimes called the pirate hat-- could arguably be considered the first hat. A must have staple in every costumer's closet, the tricorn is there to top an excellent fair outfit. In this class, students will learn the history & style of different tricorns then block, shape & trim a hat of their own. Whether it befits a French Noble or a Pirate Rogue, each student will leave with one hat.
