North facing light has been the gold standard of artists studios over the centuries, preferred for its subtle and luminous qualities. In this class, learn to paint the beautiful and complex colors of the human figure bathed in the beautiful north light of ASLD’s studio. Students will also learn how to lay in a simplified drawing and quickly block in the colors of the figure and environment to accurately convey the light effect.
