Have you ever wanted to create your own tapestry? Tapestry weaving is an ancient art form that has been found all across the world, from ancient Egypt to the Incas. Today the tradition is passed down generationally in many cultures, from Palestinian kippahs to intricate, regionally specific tapestry crochet hats across Africa.
In this 3-week class you will learn how to color change like a professional crochet artist to create beautiful tapestries! With this technique you can create wall tapestries, color-work garments, bags, hats, and pouches.
