Do you find yourself wishing you knew how to alter your own clothes? In this class you will practice the following basic alterations: side seams, darts, hand and machine hems. You will also learn and practice specific fitting techniques.

Students will learn to find desired silhouettes, then achieve the silhouette through the use of seam manipulation, hemming and adding darts. Students will practice the techniques on pieces of muslin fabric.
