Students will learn the unique characteristics and differences between types of painting including oils, acrylic, and watercolor. Students will view the materials for each paint type including brushes, solvents, and appropriate supports/papers for each paint type. This class is perfect for those interested in taking a painting class but are unsure which medium is the best for them as well as those who are looking to appreciate and experience painting with more information about technique and execution.
