2023 NATIONAL JURIED EXHIBITION
ASLD exhibits artists working in ceramic arts in our national biennial exhibition on the fine art of dining, juried in 2023 by Andrew Clark. The exhibit also includes a display of selected 2D & fiber artists with food-themed works.

ABOUT THE JUROR
Andrew Clark is a ceramic artist and teacher living in Jackson, Tennessee. He began working with clay in 2007 and graduated from Union University with a BFA in ceramics in 2014. He now works at Companion Gallery and East Mitchell Clay. Andrew is gallery manager at Companion Gallery, which is a contemporary ceramics gallery representing over 60 artists. He also teaches at the studio connected to the gallery, East Mitchell Clay, a community studio that offers membership and weekly classes to around 50 students. Andrew makes functional pottery influenced by machinery and engineering. When he’s not working in the studio Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife.
