Quána Madison is an artist, healing arts facilitator and a Buddhist pastoral care provider. She believes art nourishes wellbeing. Expressive arts revived her soul after a near death complication from cancer previvor treatments and the onset of disruptive chronic illnesses. Quána strives to inspire, educate, empower and uplift people through her artwork and consulting services. She combines wellbeing practices with expressive art-making to promote mindfulness, self-compassion, social-emotional wellness and a sense of belonging. Quána collaborates as a coach, teaching artist and consultant for Colorado Artists in Recovery (a non-profit that nurtures the creative spirit of people in recovery from substance misuse and mental health disorders), Catholic Charities, the Denver Botanic Gardens and Redline Contemporary Gallery. She is a Senior Educator and Community Engagement Specialist at the Clyfford Still Museum.

As an artist-philanthropist, she supports organizations that promote a better world. She collaborates with Habitat for Humanity, the National Pain Advocacy Center (a non-profit advocacy organization working to change the mindsets and policies that shape the care people with pain receive) and LBGTQIA+ organizations. Quána is a life-long learner who enjoys reading, dancing, gardening, expressive art-making and visiting New York City. She lives in Denver, Colorado with her husband Zach and their three cats. Quána is represented by Artlifting in Boston, Massachusetts and Wilhelmina Denver.

A graduate of New York University and Colorado College, Quána holds a MA in Education and a BA in Philosophy. More information is available at www.quanamadison.com and www.linktr.ee/quanamadison.
