ARTIST VENDOR 2021 INFORMATION
We are so excited to be welcoming such a wonderful group of artists to SAM on August 28 & 29! Event guidance from the City of Denver is changing as the weather warms up and more members of our community receive COVID-19 vaccinations. We will keep you informed of our COVID-19 safety plan for SAM and in the meantime, see ASLD’s latest health policies. Below you’ll find helpful information such as the Artist Packet and Event Rental Form. Thank you for your patience and flexibility as we navigate the challenges of event planning during COVID-19! We can’t wait to see you all at SAM.
Note: all selected artists have been notified of their participation in SAM. If you were not selected to receive a booth, you have been automatically placed on the wait list and will be notified if a booth space becomes available.
SPECIAL EVENT TAX PERMIT – City of Denver
– If you do not have a regular Denver Sales tax account, you need a Denver Special Event Sales Tax License. There is no license fee for a special event, however the license application is required. You can register for your license and file your sales tax return online by following this link and selecting “Register or File for Special Event”

STATE OF COLORADO SALES TAX
When completing the State of Colorado Sales Tax form, please choose the option “my event is not listed”. The State has the wrong date on their website so rather than having to deal with that, the “not listed” option is easiest.
