Join artist, healing arts facilitator & Buddhist pastoral care provider, Quána Madison for a 90-minute creative meditation workshop.
Participants will do:
Guided meditation
Community building
Arts-based mindfulness activity
Arts-based self-compassion activity
The open-ended activities promote mindfulness and emotional well-being.
Personal journal: The journal will be used when responding to expressive writing prompts.
Drawing materials: You are encouraged to use any of your favorite drawing materials when responding to creative meditation prompts. Here is a list of potential drawing materials that you may want to use during class: oil pastels, color pencils, markers, pens
Paper: 9 x 12 inch Mixed media paper (suggested size)
